grapefruit negroni recipe

We love negronis. A traditional negroni is one part gin, one part sweet vermouth and one part Campari. 

We decided to try it out with some grapefruit juice and a dash of orange bitters. It was delightful.

INGREDIENTS

  •     1.5 ounce Green Hat gin

  •     1 ounce Captioline vermouth

  •     0.5 ounce Campari

  •     1 ounce fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice

  •     dash of orange Embitterment bitters

  •     grapefruit peel for garnish

Mix all in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Serve and enjoy!
