Light fixtures art installations and certificate of occupancies usually don’t mix, but we were able to help real estate client get through the hurdles of installing Jen Lewin’s site-specific artwork without interrupting their development project. We curated and project managed this interactive light chandelier for Ballston Quarter Market for the Ballston Quarter Mall redevelopment. The artwork by Lewin is is motion sensitive and changes color and speed when people walk by or move underneath it.
