Cocktail Recipe: The Aviator

We love the color of this drink. That's reason enough to make it.

THE GOODS

  • 1.5 oz green hat gin

  • 1/4 oz crème de violette

  • 1/2 oz luxardo maraschino

  • 1/2 oz Lemon juice

Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into your most beautiful cocktail glass. Dump in a cherry and you got it. 

We love this drink made to go from Balise in New Orleans. Yup, that's right, they put it in a plastic cup and we drank it on the streets.
