FULL SERVICE ART PACKAGE

Do you have money allocated for an art and culture project, but you don’t have time to figure it out? Purchase our Full Service Art Package and we will curate, project manage, and produce the project for you.

What you’ll get:

  • Research & Development

    • Art & Culture Asset Map: A map of existing local artists and cultural producers in the community.

    • Project recommendations of your site based on demographics, community outreach, and your site needs.

    • Suggested budget and timeline for one recommended project.

    • Curated List of Artists ($500 value): 6 artists we recommend for your project, including contact information, work samples, and our reasoning for each choice.

  • Site Visit* and Assessment Report

    • A report of suggested projects based on your site’s specific needs, timeline, budget, and goals.

  • Project management, curation, and production of one art project

    • Contracting the artist

    • Finalizing design

    • Overseeing the project

    • Coordinating with site and artist(s)

    • Community Engagement can be added for an additional fee based on project needs

  • Final Report including photos, lessons learned, and community impact

Price per project: $5,000** & Art Budget of up to $50K

*Package price does not include travel fee (airfare, accommodations, meals) if outside of New York City. Our full service package requires 1-3 site visits. Client will receive a quote for travel fee in proposal if applicable. We can also do the site visit(s) virtually in most cases (due to COVID-19 travel restrictions).

**This price is for a single project that has an art budget of up to $50,000. If the art budget is higher and/or you have more than one project, we can send you a customized fee. 

Note: We take a small fee from the art budget to cover our overhead costs and payment processing. Artists are notified ahead of time about this fee and a full budget will be provided to the client.
