grapefruit negroni recipe
We love negronis. A traditional negroni is one part gin, one part sweet vermouth and one part Campari.
We decided to try it out with some grapefruit juice and a dash of orange bitters. It was delightful.
- 1.5 ounce Green Hat gin
- 1 ounce Captioline vermouth
- 0.5 ounce Campari
- 1 ounce fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice
- dash of orange Embitterment bitters
- grapefruit peel for garnish
Mix all in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Serve and enjoy!
